About Me.

After a long career in frontline community social service work, several years in the Entertainment industry, and many years as a parent, I trained for six years at the Centre for Training in Psychotherapy in Toronto as an in-person Psychodynamic Psychotherapist. I am a member in good standing of the College of Registered Psychotherapists of Ontario (CRPO #008150), the Canadian Association for Psychodynamic Therapy and the International Association for Relational Psychoanalysis and Psychotherapy.
